Hamlins Hill Field Trip

Last Friday 28th of February the intermediate classes went on field trip to Hamlin's Hill.

We climbed up the hill, looked around and talked about traps for pests. Frazier explained to us how these traps work and what they do to pests. We walked around the forest and found little ribbons that were blue and pink. Frazier said that the blue ribbon was for clues and pink was for pests.

Frazier then tells us to look around for tunnels ,chew cards,Black wavy cardboard and poisoned plastic.I was very interested in the chew card because its has peanut butter on the side of the card that can track and know what pests came and ate it.

We had a lot of fun and we all felt tired because of walking up the hills.
